It’s really a strong 3 star hotel. The staff is amazing and attentive. The rooms are spacious with a nice balcony — remember, I said a strong 3 star. The rooftop pool is clean and has great service. Honestly I was impressed, I normally stay at higher end hotels, but really the staff exceeded my expectations.
Stranded due to the storm and ferry service suspended I was desperate to find a good hotel near the ferry terminal. The Palm rated well but I was concerned being too close to all the noise. NOT A PROBLEM at all. Rooms were very nice, super quiet, and had a nice view of their garden area. Service was friendly and efficient. Pleasantly surprised and will stay again when I am over for a weekend away from Cozumel. My 2 pesos Greg T
I stayed at this hotel in room number 4 on the ground floor for a week. it was a wonderful room, everything was very clean. The room had a kitchen and all the necessary utensils to cook, there was also a large refrigerator. The room consists of two huge rooms - a bedroom and a separate living room - you can easily accommodate four people. Also the room was very quiet although nightclubs and entertainment were not far away. The hotel is located one block from the main walking street, and also 8 minutes to the beach. Very convenient location. It is also close to a bus stop where you can catch a bus to Cancun Airport. Also 10 minutes away there is a ferry to Cozumel, you can plan a trip to the island for the whole day. It’s very cool to swim there and see the island. The only problem was that the toilet leaked a little in our room, but this did not spoil our impression. The staff is very responsive and polite, this hotel seemed to me like an oasis in the middle of the city. Walmart is also about 10 minutes away, which also helps a lot if you want to cook in your room yourself.
Can’t beat the location of this hotel! The rooms are massive. Balcony feels like you’re in a jungle. The nearby clubs on the street are loud at all hours of the night, suggest using white noise to sleep. Would definitely come back!
We stayed here for 10 days and it was a really pleasant time here. Sandra and all the other staff were very nice and accommodating. Sandra is so welcoming and warm you feel like you are talking to your favourite aunt. If you are sensitive to noise ask for a room that doesn’t face the street, our room was facing the street and some of the nights was a little loud but overall great and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was included in our stay and it was pretty good and fresh. The rooftop is beautiful for days you want to stay back and relax.
Great hotel. Nice pool and bar. Some rooms have only a window for the corridor. Great location. Bartender Giovanni if I remember correctly at the pool bar was so helpful and nice.
Great location and all the greenery within the complex is soothing . Rooftop pool are and bar/restaurant are great,only issue really is they only seem to have 3 umbrellas around the pool,need at least 7 more.
Really solid budget accommodation. Room was huge and bed was comfy. Rooftop pool was a nice hangout area. Proximity to 5th Ave couldn't be beat, but our room was still quiet at night.
